Tuna Kabab
Ingredients:
Tuna fish, potato, egg, bread crumbs, onion, cilantro, canola oil, salt, green chilies, ginger, spices.
Heating Instructions:
Air Fryer (Recommended):
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Place kababs in a single layer. Heat for 8–10 minutes or until golden and hot throughout.
Stovetop Frying:
Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry kababs 3–4 minutes per side until crisp and heated through.
Storage:
Keep frozen at or below –18°C (0°F). Do not refreeze after thawing.
