Microwave Heating Instructions:
Option 1: Defrost:
Loosen lid slightly. Microwave on Defrost for 5–7 min, stirring halfway. After Defrosting or From Refrigerated: Microwave on High (100%) for 3–5 min. Stir halfway. Heat until piping hot (74°C / 165°F).
Option 2: From Frozen (No Defrost):
Loosen lid. Microwave on Medium-High (70–80%) for 8–10 min. Stir halfway. Add 1–2 tbsp water if needed. Ensure temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F. Use microwave-safe container. Vent lid slightly. Do not reheat more than once
