Option 2: From Frozen (No Defrost):
Loosen lid. Microwave on Medium-High (70–80%) for 8–10 min. Stir halfway. Add 1–2 tbsp water if needed. Use microwave-safe container. Vent lid slightly. Do not reheat more than once.
